1. Refunds (Defective/Damaged Products):

• Refunds are provided for products delivered defective or damaged.

• Requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery.

2. Order Cancellations/Changes:

• Order changes or cancellations must be made before 11:59 PM on the order date.

• Changes or cancellations are not possible after the order has left our premises.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

• Perishable goods are non-refundable.

• Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

4. Refund/Cancellation Requests:

• Include your order number and reason for the request.

5. Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
